About the role...

We’re looking for talents to join our Business Development team to support project

investment and project management. This role will be part of the ALP Malaysia team

being responsible for facilitating transactions from inception to close, including

feasibility study, product positioning, and pricing strategy development.

What you will do...

  • Identify new land investment/development opportunities, conducting the feasibility study and preliminary financial analysis.
  • Engage with internal cross-dept. and external consultants to consolidate the essential information, overseeing the land due diligence process.
  • Compile investment project materials for investors, including market insights and industry research.
  • Collaborate with the team to propel the business forward, efficiently managing multiple tasks across various functions.

  • Possess at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Investment or 3 years of experience in Real Estate Investment.
  • Fluent in Chinese & English.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

    • Nice to have...

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas.
  • Experience in land development.
  • Work/life experience in SEA countries.
