Project Engineer, Deputy Project Manager (relocate to India)

Job Description:

• Support PM to execute project execution plan including project strategy, coordination, planning and cost control, etc.
• Act as project member role to communicate with client engineers.
• Support PM to coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring tasks are executed on time, within scope and within budget.
• Execute and support project permitting process.
• Support PM to coordinate engineering resources to finalize design package.
• Support procurement and subcontracting process.
• Support PM to build and maintain relationship with client, contractors and equipment manufacturers.
• Support construction execution.
• Support PM for project reporting and schedule/cost tracking. Support PM to measure system project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and escalate issues to management team as needed.
• Support project stakeholder management.
• Responsible for system construction variation/change order execution.
• Support contractor/supplier management with Construction Team & Procurement Team.
• Identify and highlight project critical path to project team.

Qualification:

• 5+years related work experience
• Engineering, Architecture background preferred
• Able to work overseas
