Project Coordinator

Act as the Project Coordinator to take initiative on all project related tasks and ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Involve in transactions from end-to-end, including research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis (including financial modelling) and deal execution.
• Develop, drive, and implement project goals.
• Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders(members from internal and external) for project.
• Track project accomplishments.
• Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Legal or other quantitative oriented field.
• Experience or knowledge of specific venturing activities such as commercialization, spin-offs or joint venturing is preferred.
• Resourceful, a keen analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling are essential.
• Solid and flawless English communication skills both verbally and writing. Good Mandarin communication will be a plus.
• Managing complex and dynamic workload, running multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
• Proactive with can-do attitude, fast learner, detail oriented.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
