Program Manager

The Person

A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. The person will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. This role will include a mix of hands on tactical tasks and also looking to put processes in place to manage, measure metrics and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage process for identifying the location and returning of wafer carcass acquisition for Physical Failure Analysis (PFA). Collect and report on the key metrics
• Initiate special engineering requests, track & report test results of critical engineering lots
• Manage process for the Internal Change Review Board and supporting documentation
• Support routine updating & publication of key product metrics
• Liaise with internal and supplier teams to put in place management processes and ensure compliance
• Monitor key quality and product metrics, and define and implement initiatives to drive improvements
  

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of structural problem solving & basic statistic
• Experience of working with semiconductor supplier or manufacturing factories
• Exhibits excellent judgment
• Good project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting
• Ability to work across multiple teams to create scalable solutions to monitor business performance and interpret key performance metrics into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to unify and standardize processes for one single purpose; document the optimized process into specification; communicate and track implementation.
  

Academic Credentials

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of program, product, or project management experience leading large projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to own a project or program autonomously end to end, beginning with planning phase through execution and implementation
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in a space where processes will need to be defined, implemented and re-imagined
• Proficiency with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel, Tableau, SQL or other data management systems
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills to work with geographically distributed functional teams.
• Microsoft standard apps (i.e. Office), Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
