Production Quality Engineer

VanMoof is looking for a Production Quality Engineer to supercharge our bicycle assembly’s process quality. You’ll work within our Production Quality teams, but also closely with both our Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) & Research and Development (R&D) teams. We’ve got some pretty crazy ideas, and we need you to help make them reality.

本職缺須依據職缺候選人的前期品質經驗與相關問題真因調查分析來確保生產的品質問題可以被杜絕和預防。並能夠與跨部門團隊進行良性的合作溝通。

What You’ll Do

• Work within the Supply Chain’s Quality Engineering Team to ensure overall quality of the assembled bike product, from incoming quality to outgoing quality. 本職缺會隸屬於供應鏈單位的品質工程團隊裡來確保成車組裝廠的原物料檢驗到成品功能檢查。
• Support RD and SQE with design improvement’s corrective and preventive validation. 支援RD與SQE來確認設計改善與相關設計預防的確認。
• Initiate the bike assembly process abnormality investigation and analyze respective defect data. 啟動成車組裝異常調查並分析相關不良率資料統計
• Establish necessary quality control procedures, and ensure bike assembly suppliers complies with defined quality control criteria. 確保成車組裝廠能依照VanMoof制定的品管條件並執行相關的品管檢測
• Validate bike assembly’s production/testing jigs for appropriate in-process control 驗證成車組裝廠的製程或檢驗治具能符合品管標準
• Execute and monitor bicycle assembly process’ troubleshooting and feedback to global quality team with SQE & R&D stakeholders 執行並監督成車組裝廠的生產品質問題調查並回饋到全球品質團隊
  

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Software are preferred; other technical qualifications or engineering discipline such as Industrial Engineering can be considered 擁有機械工程或電子/軟體工程的學士學位，其他相關技術認證或相關工業工程的工程師也會納入考量範圍
• 3+ years in a process engineering or quality engineering role 至少有三年的製程工程師或品質工程師的經驗
• Experience in establish and updating production process work instructions. 有撰寫和更新生產製程的作業指導書經驗
• Strong root cause analysis and project management skillset. 有強力的真因調查分析與專案管理經驗
• Excellent English communication skills 有良好的英語溝通能力
• Experience in production quality control process deployment. 有品管相關流程導入經驗
• Capable of using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel or Word) to generate quality statistic or root cause analysis reports. 可以使用微軟Office (PowerPoint, Excel與Word)來撰寫品質統計或者真因調查分析報告
• You are willing to travel or base across the contract manufacturing sites in Taiwan (Taichung, Miaoli and Kaohsiung) . 願意去我司臺灣的成車組裝廠出差或常駐 (主要地點為苗栗、台中與高雄)
  

Extremely nice to have

• Have experience or knowledge of E-bike manufacturing process. 擁有電動腳踏車的製造或相關經驗
• Experience in draft/review quality control process development and validation. 擁有品管流程制定與驗證的相關經驗
• Experience in PCBA, software script packages and firmware debug 擁有電路板組裝、軟體撰寫或韌體異常排除經驗
• Experience in mechanical component processing such as CNC, stamping or metallic forging will be beneficial for component process understanding. 擁有機構加工(如CNC車床、鐵件鍛造或沖壓)製程經驗
• Experience in mechanical assembly process, tolerance analysis and torque control will be a plus. 擁有機構件組裝、公差分析與扭力管制會是加分項目
• Have in depth understanding of quality tools such as FMEA, MSA, SPC and comply these tools into the root cause analysis process. 對品質工具如FMEA、MSA或SPC並能在調查品質問題時能導入的能力
• Have good awareness of Quality Management System such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 for work instruction compliance. 對品質管理系統(如ISO 9001或IATF 16949)有足夠的理解並能導入在作業指討書符合性
• Have good awareness of manufacturing traceability system and implementation. 對生產製程追溯性系統有良好的瞭解與導入經驗
