Job Description

• To schedule, monitor and follow up closely on production performance
• Responsible to work with cross functional teams, with Manufacturing/PETE/NPI/QA/HW/Planning/Capacity/MC to achieve the output goal, shipment requirement and KPI targets
• To communicate and coordinate especially with Production team regularly to ensure smooth flow of production
• Participate in Improvement Projects related to Planning/Manufacturing or Automation
• Timely feedback daily questions and Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for KPI areas
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and Minimum 2 years working experience
• Understanding of Business or Manufacturing Operations & Knowledge of Supply Chain
• Experience of SAP, Oracle and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (mainly Excel/ Powerpoint)
• Good communication in English
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
