Production Assistant Manager

Our client is looking for a Production Assistant Manager in Changhua.Key Responsibilities

• Cooperate with ESH department to implement Safety & Environment activities
• Cooperate with QA department to implement all quality related activities and ensure all product to meet quality requirements
• Work with Production Planning department to arrange daily production plan
• Work with Engineering department and Preventive Maintenance team to solve process & equipment problems, implement SMW activities and process improving projects
• Assist Production Development department to develop new product or new process

Key Requirements

• College above degree in Food Science or Chemical Engineering or related field
• Familiar with general computer operation, and the application of ’MS Office’ software
• Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, people service enthusiasm and positive attitude, and able to well co-work with cross department’s colleague of company and external related stakeholders
• Conversational English is required
• At least 5 years experience in factory management
