Location: ON SITE at Open Access BPO Taipei Office - Xinyi Dist., Taipei, Taiwan

Job Type: Full-Time Position

Pay Range: NTD$55,000 up to $80,000 per month.

Full Job Description:

  • Provide high-level and in-depth technical support by answering phone, e-mail and web inquiries for end-users.
  • Work collaboratively with Clients, team members, implementation consultants, and resources across Advent global office locations to achieve desired results.
  • Own and address Client needs and product issues from inception to resolution.
  • Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions, follow up and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain and create detailed documentation by logging support cases, e-mail, and knowledge base articles for Client and internal use.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Strong background in accounting or have previously worked for any finance-related accounts.
  • Basic knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, or PRC GAAP.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven aptitude to learn knowledge and information promptly.
  • Solid troubleshooting and analysis/resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of fundamental financial instruments (equities and fixed incomes.)
  • Ability to understand and convey client business requirements to escalation with development teams.
  • Works well under pressure. Can be resourceful, even with limited tools & resources.
