Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a passionate, engaging and energetic person. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with various internal departments and regional teams. This position will manage different hardware product lines such as Vive products and accessories and act as a focal point across teams such as Sales, Marketing, Service, PR and R&D team towards to achieve business objective. This role also needs to engage with external partners to have business sell-in meetings, press launch speech, dealer seminar presentation and come out some road show demo scenarios to present good sales skills to highlight product K.S.P.

As a good Product Marketing manager requires a customer champion focused on driving the best practice and user experience. It also requires someone with a strong sense of product ownership and drive, coupled with a strong passion for technology and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market, starting from product concept/planning stage.

• Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to marketing & regional team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products.

• Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

• Manage life cycle of the product.

• Market intelligence – be the expert on your competition and how to crush them.

• Work closely with product development team to determine the most profitable course for each existing and new product

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product marketing & product planning experience, with technical knowledge/background.

• Master or Bachelor degree in marketing, engineering or science.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.

• Effective written, oral, and presentation skills, including slide preparation.

• Fluent in both English & Chinese Mandarin.
