• Leads projects as well as initiatives to ensure the overall growth and branding strategy.
• Develops and implements marketing plans and tactics for responsible product category around product, channel, pricing and promotions, and execute efforts identified on the marketing plan.
• Partner with internal and external teams the execution of brand and/or product marketing programs or digital programs, including packaging design projects, promotion activities, digital marketing, CRM, pricing programs, and sales/demo materials.
• Coordinates new product development and introduction efforts with cross-functional team to develop realistic business cases and commercialization plans for new products and line extensions.
• Provides guidance to the sales team on effectively communicating the value proposition and business opportunities to support business goals.
• Analyzes customer database to identity opportunities and recommends market segments and target customers based on the right mix of data and insights.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing research projects utilizing advanced quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Uses brand measures (awareness, familiarity, favorability, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  

Requirements

• University graduate or above with degree in business, communication or similar discipline
• At least 5 years of work experience in brand communications or product marketing relevant fields
• Highly preferable to have brand communications, product marketing and digital marketing experience in home appliance brands with proven records.
• Be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English
• Other skills: GA, SEO, Analytical skills
