【Purpose of this Position】

Improve and market current products, make the products competitive, and meet sales target, target profit and customer’s requirement.

【Major Areas of Responsibility】

Product line strategy

1. Propose product line strategy

2.Execute approved product line strategy

Product development

1. Initiate and execute the product development proposal

2. Control the product development schedule and features 3

. Coordinate related divisions and resources to meet the product development goals.

4. Provide product related documents, including user’s manual, quick installation guide

Product marketing

1. Propose and execute product and service features, pricing, channel, and promotion strategy for each product line

2. Coordinate RD, sales and marketing, manufacturing, QA, customer service resources to grow the product line sales

3. Execute product phase-in and phase-out plan

4. Provide product marketing related documents, including whitepaper, datasheet, demo kit and other notification documents

Product maintenance

1. Product line improvement and cost down actions

2. Coordinate bug fixes

3. Handle customization projects

4. Support production issues

Business

1. Achieve annual revenue growth

2. Achieve annual profit margin ratio

【Minimum Job Requirements】

1. Education: Master with EE, CS or other engineering degrees

2. Professional Certificates/Licenses: TOEIC: 730 at least

3. Familiar with x86 architecture and display technologies

4. Experience: 3 years experience in following position.

(1) Product management

(2) Field application(FAE)

(3) Technical support related

5. Language: Fluent in English reading/writing/listening/speaking.

【Required Competencies 】

1. Skill：

(1) Familiar with NPI or NPDP process.

(2) Quick learner in new technologies and market trends.

(3) Product/Industry experiences such as AIO, HMI, O&G, marine, automation is a plus.

2. Traits：

Good at coordination and negotiation, high EQ, sales/marketing oriented, enthusiastic.
