Position Summary

Air Liquide Taiwan is seeking a candidate for the senior manager position to lead the Electronic Materials Technical Marketing and Product Management team. Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 8~10 product management and technical marketing professionals, and providing guidance to the team members in carrying out their duties.
• Responsible for PnL of the product line and on-time supply of products in Taiwan.
• In collaboration with sales and other teams within AL, developing market trends, intelligence and strategy, anticipating customer needs and providing product forecasts.
• Communicating with internal stakeholders across functional lines and global entities within AL in order to develop and implement the strategy.
• Training and developing team members.

Working Experience & Technical Abilities

• Understanding semiconductor manufacturing industry technology roadmap and challenges.
• Extensive network within semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem.
• Demonstrated leadership skill in motivating people, and ability to manage organization and resources.
• Proficiency in writing, speaking and presenting in English.
