Product Management

Build up and manage several categories’ performance and new launch, including naming, product concept & related administration, forecast, pricing, stock management…..etc.
Review campaign performance, e.g. sales, CRM & KPI result by weekly to evaluate the effectiveness and provide solid feedback for improvement if necessary.
Customer profile analysis and action plan
Budget planning and control
VM management
Collaborate with team and develop media plan (official website refresh / digital campaign / key words / banner etc)
