The GSS organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services.   • Perform customer-site installation and acceptance testing of newly delivered systems under varying circumstances, delivering high quality installations/upgrades of KLA products.
  • Perform customer-site retrofit and model changes for previously installed systems.
  • Conduct site surveys, pre-installation, installation, troubleshooting, acceptance, training and hand-off of products.
  • Serve as customer contact on Technical and Service-related matters
  • Perform or ensure the completion of all activities required to handoff a KLA tool that meets and exceeds customers’ expectations. activities include site surveys, pre-installation, installation, troubleshooting, acceptance, training and handoff of the products while applying KLA Best Known Methods at customer sites.
  • Require high flexibility, adaptability and autonomy due to the job includes :50% travel oversea.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS/MS major in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Servicing or installing semiconductor capital equipment.
  • Knowledge and experience in Semiconductor Wafer Manufacturing, specifically steppers or Metrology Management preferred.
  • High level of technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
  • Good attitude on learning new technology and willing to take challenge.
  • High flexibility, adaptability and autonomy.
