Job Purpose/Objective:

  • Develop Accident and Health products that fit to multi-channels and create differentiations among competitions.
  • Communicate and coordinate the product idea, specifications and benefits to internal and external stakeholders, including channel/ sales team, ACT, UW, Claim, Operation to get alignment
  • Based on consumer insights, channel insights and sales needs to create ideas for product innovation/ development in order to support and conform to the organization’s overall business strategy and financial goals.
  • Analyze the product portfolio and take actions to ensure key product’s profitability and sustainability
  • Develop/ review product materials and other initiatives that will help to ramp up product understanding and sales growth
  • Able to co-work with insight manager for new product idea research work

Experience/Knowledge Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate across multi-functions
  • 5+ years’ experience working in product development, product management/marketing
  • Profound insurance product and market knowledge
  • Project management experience in product/ marketing related projects
  • Multi distribution experience in TM & F2F channel are plus

Education and Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor+ degree in insurance, finance or marketing field is required
  • Ability to conduct English writing and communication
  • Solid practical working experience in insurance area
  • Solid Microsoft office skills (Word, EXCEL, PPT)
