WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?

• Taking ownership of analysis, control, and budget cost of direct materials and finished goods, e.g., variance in purchasing price, yield performance, and allocation of conversion cost to finished goods. Participating in period-end activities, 3-year factory budget, and various financial studies and benefit evaluations. Coordinating quarterly inventory write-offs and supporting government auditing. Reporting to the Product Cost Manager and supporting in financial and management reporting and other relevant financial activities.
  
  

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Calculating standard cost and maintaining in SAP for materials and FGs in compliance with internal control policy. Supporting new projects by providing reliable cost to factory and market for evaluating benefits.
• Analyzing monthly factory performance on cost spent, yield, and other KPIs. Coworking with other departments to monitor and analyze variances in purchasing price, materials consumption, or product specification. Conducting month-end closing activities including stock count result verifying, posting necessary entries, and SAP material ledger closing.
• Completing annual budget plan activities, including setting up the standard cost for materials in the following year, delivering roadmaps for review, and rolling out all the costs of materials and FGs into SAP according to schedule. Delivering reliable rolling forecasts on each category of product cost variance.
• Coordinating quarterly inventory write-off process and delivering required reports to the tax bureau. Coworking with other departments and 3rd party supervision agencies to complete the write-off process with proper booking.
• Being able to complete ad-hoc assignments from managers including factory performance analysis, report preparation, and audit questionnaires.
  
  

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University degree in accounting, business, or industrial engineering preferred. Other professionals with financial qualifications welcomed
• At least 2 years of experience in Cost Analysis or Cost Accounting.
• MS Office and MS Excel experience is a must
• SAP, Power BI, Business Warehouse is a good to have
