What We Offer

Major tasks:

• Comply with and help facilitate compliance with SHE and Security regulations.
• Propose improvements and modifications in order to improve process safety competence of plant.
• Participates in HAZOP teams and represents one or more relevant disciplines in the team Knows the HAZOP process and the Risk Graph
• Organize Safety Requirement Specification meeting for a classified Mechanical, Instrumental and Procedural Safety Provision. Has a dialogue with the Designer in order to ensure the specification meets the requirements and all possible (cost-efficient) solutions have been explored.
• Verify and validate the design of Safety Critical Operating Procedures. Compares the SRS with the Design. Uses verification tools as available
• Aid site manger to analyze relevant process safety incidents on site. Propose follow up and lessons to be learned.
• Aid HAZOP chair to organize HAZOP review meeting. And prepare relative documents before meeting.
• Maintenance and manage the change for DCS system
• Improve plant and project planning, execution and evaluation.
  
  

What You Offer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree and above in chemical engineering.
• At least 3 years in manufacturing-related positions.
• SHE Basic Course.
• Good knowledge in chemistry or chemical engineering.
• Experience as Equipment Engineer.
• Board knowledge of related manufacturing disciplines.
• Good communication and social skills.
• Fluent in English talking and writing (TOEIC > 600) .
