JR10466 Principal Digital Design/System Engineer

Principal digital design/system engineer to work in ACEMS ASIC development team. Candidate should have hands-on experience in the entire ASIC flow. This will include working with system architects to arrive at an optimal implementation given PPA targets, creating micro-architecture specifications, developing Verilog RTL, working with verification teams to define functional coverage plans, interacting with integration and backend teams to resolve timing and power issues and developing silicon validation plans.

Required Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical/Computer engineering.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience on SoC design and implementation.
• Understanding of core technologies to design SoC architecture and interface standards e.g. DDR, PCIe/CXL, AMBA Specification
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills with a solid understanding of core engineering principles.
• Ability to work with global teams
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

An ideal candidate will have expertise in two or three of the following areas.

• PCIe/CXL systems
• Familiarity with Deep-learning engines
• Low power design
• ARM or ARC processor systems
• Memory Controller design and architecture.
• Interconnect design including NoC architecture
• Good understanding on RAS and Functional Safety concepts and design
• Modelling experience
• Excellent written and verbal collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent design and problem-solving skills. Self-driven, open-minded with a strong growth mindset.
