You will be responsible for handling all TR projects in efficiency way, well planning in all resources, for coordinating with own and outsourcing resources and to team members development.

Your Responsibilities

• Understand the TR products and solution to fit the future growth trend. Lead TR operation team to meet BU future growth trend.
• Well manage resources and project P&L.
• Coordinate with factory/BU experts to support FES and BU sales.
• Monitor the industry trend & competitors’ activity for TR portfolios and follow all competitor’s movement. Know local specific regulation for TR and try to resolve the issues to enlarge the available market. Gives input on market price developments.
• knowledge management tools, financial related tools.

Your background

• A Bachelor’s degree and above, majored in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Automation related subjects. Power grids related system & product knowledge plus.
• More than 5 years of successful sales & marketing related working experiences in power grids products and/or industry. TR market knowledge plus.
• Strong interpersonal competency to build up, extend and enhance the strong customer relationships.
• Managerial experience will be plus.
• Strong leadership for calibration with various stakeholders, result-orientated, self-driven.
• Good English & MS Office level.
• Could adapt to frequent travels.
