Drive OSAT assembly and test yield improvements to meet GOBM KPIs. Lead on-site customer audits and resolve technical issues, especially in Testing. Ensure continuous improvement with subcontractors on technical KPIs. Train subcontractors on ST’s technical requirements. Interface between OSAT and Division for product/package development and NPI, supporting technical reviews and production ramp-up.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

At least 6 years of experience in Package Process at Backend Assembly sites.

Comprehensive knowledge of process technology in advanced/traditional package technologies.

Minimum of 3 years of management experience in cross-functional project deployment.

Effective communication skills for reporting technical alerts and expertise in project deployment know-how.
