We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Director to support our growth and uphold our commitment to honor musicians who dare to challenge the status quo.

As an Operations Director at OurSong, you will be instrumental in supporting our strategic objectives, ensuring the smooth operation of our back-office functions, including Legal, Finance, HR, and Investor Relations. With a keen eye for detail, you will monitor business performance and growth, reporting directly to the President.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the organization runs efficiently and effectively.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the HR, Finance, and Legal departments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies and procedures.
• Prepare and present monthly business performance reports to the President.
• Develop and manage relationships with key investors and stakeholders.
• Ensure company compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
• Monitor financial performance and devise strategies for growth.
  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an Operations Director role, ideally within the tech or music industry.
• Strong financial acumen, with a background in finance or accounting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
• A deep understanding of legal and regulatory compliance related to cryptocurrency assets.
• An ability to work in a cross-functional, multinational team environment.
