Operation Technician

Jobinhalt

• Monitor plant operation, react to alarms and abnormal operating conditions by taking the necessary corrective or preventive measures. Perform minor maintenance activities on power plant assets.
• Maintain a safe working environment, good housekeeping and comply with all applicable environmental, health and safety policies. Proactively raise proposals to increase the safety on the plant and ensure environmental compliance.
• Record and document meter and gauge readings. Utilize the computerized Plant Management System for operator tasks and fault notification.
• Perform plant lockout and tag out within the authorities, e.g. carry out disconnection, de- pressurization, purging and normalization.
• Carry out work plans within scope of work, e.g. compressor washing, fire fighting pump test, chemical refilling, etc.
• Report significant abnormal plant conditions to the Operations Controller, Shift Charge Engineer, or Operations Manager.
• Responding to emergency situations, e.g. fire alarms, chemical leakages or black outs.
• Participating in initiatives to continuously improve the power plant.
• Monitoring the operation of the demineralized water and waste water facilities, dosing and sampling systems when the Chemist is off duty.
  
  

• Mechanical or Electrical College degree
• Power plant experience and boiler operator license A if possible
• EHS Knowledge 有安全意识
