Key Qualifications

Required experience in flat panel display of OLED i.e. OLED evaporation process, OLED device developing, OLED equipment operation and maintenance, flexible substrate handling, panel optical, optoelectronic analysis, and modeling/simulation/programming related experience.

Hands-on experience in OLED device design, development, process optimization, failure analysis, process DOE experience, yield improvement, and technical investigation of OLED display technologies.

Mass production experience with OLED or semiconductor process is preferred.

Background with OLED process, and OLED device optical, electrical analysis and performance optimization is also preferred.

Strong English written and verbal communication skills with a proactive demeanor and team-working spirit.

The willingness and ability to travel.

Self-motivated and willing to take challenge to new technology.

Description

- Work closely with the Apple HQ Team in California and Apple industrial partners worldwide to develop the new flat panel devices that enable the best display performance of products.

- Hands-on work on OLED device, evaporation, thin film encapsulation and panel integration, well-understanding on OLED process and the correlation of product performance and yield.

- Familiar with OLED display process and experience on OLED evaporation, thin film encapsulation, and panel quality, failure mode analysis

- Equipment maintenance and modification to fulfill the process development of advanced display.

- Material physical property and chemical purity analysis

- Device optical, electrical analysis and performance optimization

- Achieve the best performance using an optimized manufacturing process for the future products.

- Optimize and improve existing OLED processes for new Apple products.

- Personality of hard-working, thoughtful, humble and strong intention to join Apple

Education & Experience

PhD degree or MS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Optoelectronics Engineering is preferred. Electrical Engineering candidate with 2+ years experience or Bachelor degree with 3 years above experience are welcomed.
