Overview Of JobMindshare is looking to hire an Senior Director-Ecommerce to help drive the e-commerce agenda (planning and operations) for the clients within the team. You are ideally able to deliver strategic thinking across all digital/ecomm platforms and have a strong command over digital operations.

- Full understanding of the business needs to lead the Transformation initiative and rollout across markets. Ensure it is trackable with a measure of success constantly evolving as we progress with the transformation journey.
- Engage partners and the network to draft the Transformation Roadmap for the long-term vision of the e-commerce strategy.
- Become a trusted advisor to the local & APAC client by properly justifying recommendations, strong timeline management and delivering outcome
- Create a robust framework on how omnichannel e-commerce performance can be evaluated & tracked across markets, working closely with the data & analytics team
- Ensure smooth operations with noticeable performance improvements for all markets
- Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews across the local market to track improvement & progress.
- Help our client’s reach their e-commerce and performance media objective through best-in-class e-commerce media planning and execution.
- Lead e-commerce media channel planning with a consolidated view of On & Off Platform which includes Facebook CPAS, Google SEM / shopping ads, On-site search and other opportunities
- Create holistic e-commerce planning framework. Analyse and convert monthly and quarterly sales forecast into actionable media plans
- Work closely with operations team to ensure fulfilment of media strategy
- Be the key Point Of Contact for APAC and local teams to drive e-commerce thought leadership
- Conduct training for internal and client teams on e-commerce planning
- Review and report e-commerce targets and KPIs monthly / quarterly / annually.
- Collaborate closely with business teams (client, commercial and e-commerce partners) to identify gaps and potential room to scale.
- Develop and enhance partner’s platforms relationship (Media, Tools etc.)
- Liaise with a team of data analyst to further enhance sales prediction models
- 10+ year experience in media agency, e-commerce partner or client side in-house team
- Performance forecast + sales, search/brand search/shopping search optimization strategy
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
- Strong digital background with a strategic outlook and a deep knowledge of ecommerce either on marketplace or brand.com
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and preferably with past APAC regional experience, e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners and internal specialist resources
- Ability to create a strong network of trust & effective communication across multi-market teams
- Shows a depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands and consumers in client conversations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience in building and managing products from ideation to launch working with a remote engineering team. Deep knowledge of product development dynamics and go-to-market tactics.
- Ability to articulate and influence other product teams to help them see the value of problem we are solving and get necessary buy-in
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with teams spanning across sales/operations, product, engineering, marketing, customer success.
- Self-motivated individual with strong communication (written and verbal), leadership, judgment, planning, and decision-making skills.
