Job Description

• Metrology Application Manager TY is responsible to deploy Metro missions and accomplish objectives by managing staff, in accordance with OMT HVM business plan’s challenges and priority, and also continuously lead team to improve performance of technical strength and quality.
  
  

Responsibilities And Tasks

• Promote and enable a safe and positive working environment
• Effectively manages daily business to meet production and quality requirements
• Perform leadership, always find a way in a crisis, build a benchmark culture, and display soft skills, such as listening, patience, and flexibility
• Set goals, arrange resources and drive critical metrics to achieve benchmark performance
• Manage, measure and monitor metro projects to ensure deliverables
• Provide metro solutions to PI/PEE areas regarding to yield, process and equipment requirement
• Drive value-engineering added and quality enhancement projects
• Conduct performance management and professional development of direct reports
• Manage training program and successor supportive plan for organizational development
• Partner with metro operation/equipment/NPI teams to resolve issues and enable efficient communication
• Collaborate with other areas to meet the needs of the Fab goals and build strong peer relationship
• Work closely with vendors to resolve problems, as well as maximize tool capacity

• Engage with Micron Central Team (MCT) and global counterparts on metro issues’ lesson learned, BKM sharing and industry direction for evaluation projects
• Accountable for main activities in HVM Metro Application team :
• HVM metro transfer PRD
• Support or initiate TTMCY projects
• Detection gap solution development
• HVM tool qualification release (FOAK/SOAK) /Path expansion
• Metro tool matching for top YLR charts
• Derivative product types (DIDs) line setup
• MOR-POR gap closure/ Contingency list (CL) update
• Evaluation H2H/ Conversion follow up (DIDs)
• Metro recipe quality improvement
• Cost saving / recipe time (RPT) reduction improvement
• Excursion prevention/ GDM fan out/ Change point management (CPM)
• Quality system sustaining (Measurement system analysis(MSA)/ Calibration/ Customer Audit)
• CIT program/ TTS papers/ Productivity projects
