Materials Planner -NPI (OSAT)

Jobinhalt

• Interface with various internal and external organizations to establish NPD (New Product Development) process flows and schedules
• Review EBR submission for completeness and submit a Purchasing Requisition in support of the EBR(Engineering Build Requests)
• Derive Assembly & Test EBR (Engineering Build Requests) schedules by product / supplier with clear understanding of capability and capacity in the respective manufacturing areas
• Drive execution of EBR (Engineering Build Requests) and coordinate resolution of supply chain issues during execution
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams on Assembly & Test Engineering Forecast requirements
• Communicate Engineering Forecast to the suppliers for capacity alignment and material procurement
• Leverage planning systems and tools such as Oracle, Model N, Agile and Hyperion to facilitate timely EBR(Engineering Build Requests) processing and customer sample shipments
• Daily review and reporting of EBR (Engineering Build Requests) status to internal teams
• Daily scheduling, shipping and reporting of –E backlog status
• Drive continuous improvement for cycle time reduction and business process best practice
