Marketing Head (Retail and MarCom)

Jobinhalt

• Head of Marketing, including retail/store/trade/marcom functions.
• To conduct short-mid-long term growth strategies and business plans to a profitable result.
• Cross team collaboration with different business partners and external stakeholders to develop fit for purpose consumer experiences, innovations and programs
• IMC including product marketing, retail marketing and brand awareness, marcom teams
• Work closely with the global community network to ensure local market are well reflected in global strategy development

• 12+ years in startup/consumer electronics industries
• Strong business strategy and P&L management, familiar with Taiwan market
• Big team size experience is a strong plus (at least 25 subordinates)
• Proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Multi-country management experience is nice to have
• Fluent verbal and written English
