YOUR ROLE

Money101 is seeking a Marketing Assistant to assist marketing department with its initiatives and campaigns. This role will mainly focus on helping Campaign Manager / Product Marketing Manager to manage multiple paid / unpaid campaign webpages’ user journey settings as well as to check, co-ordinate content, track results, and support the implementation of selected marketing activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Work closely with Campaign Manager / Product Marketing Manager to assist with the setting / monitor / and updates of the selected paid or unpaid webpages.
• Help to track and update the url links, copywrites, testing, and database management.
• Assist with checking, monitoring, maintaining and developing campaign databases.
• Maintain a directory and inventory of marketing and office support materials.
• Help to liaise with external vendors for developing online marketing materials.
• Support the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs.
• Provide administrative support for Money101 marketing department.
  

Your Qualifications

• More than 1 year of relevant work experience in marketing, digital marketing, or project / product management field preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or business filed preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and GA tools.
• Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
• A people person and team player, with a knack for diplomatically following up on project priorities and assigned team tasks.
