What is the job about?

Ensure production is running in safety with maximum efficiency and minimum cost through robust process setup and continuous improvement. Well management on ECM (Engineering Change Master), engineering drawing, BOM (Bill of Material) and routing time to ensure production running in accordance with standard

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for motor and pump related assembly lines, hands-on experience regarding continuously improvement, lean production, systematic problem solving and so on.
  • Responsible for ECM (Engineering Change Master), drawing, BOM (Bill of Material) and routing time and so on management to ensure production running in accordance with standard.
  • Responsible for VPC (Verification of Product & Process Conformance) and closely cooperate with related departments to carry out VPC.
  • Provide technical support to customers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain ME related records and documentation.
  • Other project /tasks assigned by the manager
Your Background

We imagine that you have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (ME, EE, IE, or relevant)
  • Great experience on continuously improvement, lean production
  • Good English skill(With TOEIC 500 + or relevant certificate in English)
  • Good knowledge on BOM structure and engineering drawing
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience to the position.
  • Some exposure in a multinational environment
