As Manager, Partner Management Operations, you will translate strategy into actionable execution plans and coordinate the offense across Partner Management and Materials Manufacturing teams globally. You will govern a portfolio of initiatives across the team and support prioritization, issue escalation and proactive dependency management. You will build strong relationships with key internal partners across the Footwear & Apparel Product Engine functions, influencing key initiatives and opportunities. You’ll drive consistency in stakeholder engagement to support strategic priorities.

Results-oriented and strategic, you thrive in a cross-functional environment, wearing different hats pending the topic or issue at hand. You have knowledge of manufacturing/supply chain and are comfortable engaging with different groups, building and leveraging strong partnerships. This role is perfect for a team-player with drive, curiosity, vision, and exceptional communication skills. You represent Nike’s Materials Partner Management & Materials Manufacturing teams to drive effective collaboration, promote visibility, and team connectivity. You’ll successfully manage ambiguity by providing proactive solutions and ensure operational success.

What Will You Work On

• Your typical day/week will include a variety of meetings across the organization, where you’ll translate strategy into actionable execution plans
• Govern a portfolio of initiatives across the team and support prioritization, issue escalation and proactive dependency management
• Drive a single point of view on the status of hero KPI’s for the team and summarize wins and opportunities across Footwear and Apparel/Accessories
• In partnership with the Materials Sourcing Team, you will coordinate the Partner Management Engagement Process and Calendar across external partners
• In partnership with the Materials Planning, Costing and Materials Integrity teams, you will coordinate the Materials Manufacturing Process and Calendar across all vendors
• Lead the communication strategy creation and execution across internal and external (vendor) teams
• Launch and manage a regular voice of the field insights process. Articulate key trends and focus areas
• Collaborate with cross functional Operations teams to optimize team efficiencies, streamline processes, and deliver supporting tools
  
  

Who Will You Work With

This role reports to the Director, Partner Management, who is based in Taipei. This role interacts closely with key functional partners within the global Partner Management & Materials Manufacturing Team, other teams within Materials Sourcing & Manufacturing, Responsible Sourcing & Manufacturing, and other key internal partners across Footwear and Apparel/Accessories. WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years relevant supply chain experience
• Knowledge and experience in materials manufacturing is a plus
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate goals and objectives
• Ability to build, communicate and execute strategies
• Strong influencing skills & ability to collaborate with various partners cross-functionally
• Ability to establish and independent view and effectively collaborate with decision-making
• Exceptional project manager & problem solver
• You are comfortable engaging with different partner groups, tailoring your messages accordingly and building strong partnerships
• Ability to build, communicate and execute strategies verbally and via PowerPoint
