Region APC > Construction & Operations APAC > Installation & Commissioning Offshore

Directly supervise the offshore construction staff. The Offshore Commissioning and Electrical Manager is responsible for overall site construction and installation management ensuring all projects are delivered safely.

Responsibilities
  • Concept responsible for Commissioning strategies on the different WTG platforms
  • Overall responsible for Site Electrical Operations
  • Ensure synergies across Commissioning projects
  • Standardise workflow packages and WBS’s
  • Established support to Sales & Operations Sales Support
  • Established support to Tooling and Equipment concepts and improvements
  • Report progress and present to Management
  • Resource strategy – ensure trained, certified and experienced staff
  • Communications with intern and extern stakeholders
  • Motivate employees and secure work-life balance
  • Key performance measurements:
  • Employee satisfaction index and turnover
  • Safety
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Etc.
Qualifications
  • Project Manager or equivalent
  • Technical background (mechanical/electrical)
  • Skilled in Maritime Technical
  • Skilled in SAP / MS Dynamics AX
  • Fluent in English verbal and writing
  • Good IT and office skills
  • GWO courses
