Your JobManager Logistics Fulfilment SolutionsAs a Logistics Fulfillment Solution Manager, your main responsibility is to oversee the planning, organization, and execution of logistics and supply chain operations for Molex LLC. This includes managing the movement of Finished goods from our Factories and Vendors to our End customers. Some of your key duties may include identifying opportunities for finished goods flow improvements, working with factories, suppliers and third-party logistics providers, analyzing data to optimize logistics flows, and managing logistics budgets and timelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the project team of logistics professionals who work to ensure that flow optimization projects are delivered on time and within budget. Overall, your goal is to ensure that our company’s logistics flows are efficient, cost-effective, and capable of meeting our customer demands.Our TeamGlobal Logistics Operations Team, Molex LLC, is responsible for Finished Goods Import Flows as well as Intercompany flows Globally. You will be an active member in our Global Logistics Operations Planning team (Lead and also participate in Global projects / change management).What You Will Do
  • Identify and Review Fulfillment models/options as well as possible Molex Product Transfers / Outsourcing with relevant stake holders in project review meetings. Guide and Lead Implementation / Phase in, Go live and Post go live of agreed fulfillment models.
  • Identifying opportunities for Flow improvements in logistics operations
  • Review/Deeper dive with relevant stake holders internal/external around Flow opportunities identified by our Network modelling/Optimization team (e.g., Customer Service, Finance, GSOP, IT, Sales, Product Management, Business Unit, Division, Trade & Customs, Transportation)
  • Working with Molex Factories, Suppliers and Third-party logistics providers to optimize delivery of our Finished goods.
  • Analyzing data to optimize our logistics flows, and end to end economic decision-making.
  • Managing fulfilment change projects, budgets and implementation timelines
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the agreed flow model is successfully implemented (Analyze, Plan, Test, Implement, Post Go Live, Record realized economical / service benefits). Main focus: delivery of finished goods from Factories/Vendors to our Customers
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Managing and Supporting a team of logistics professionals to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Work with our Regional LOP Managers as well as Division / Business Unit GSOP team members on high priority projects and initiatives.
  • Overall, your goal is to ensure that our company’s logistics flows are efficient, cost-effective, compliant and capable of meeting customer demands.
  • Staying up to date on Industry trends and best practices in logistics technology and supply chain management
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Economics, Operations Management, Logistics/Supply Chain)
  • 10+ years of related experience in global Supply Chain planning, (intercompany) Planning and/or Sales & Operations Planning
  • 5+ years in a leadership role with direct reports and or managed and completed complex global supply chain projects.
  • Solid leadership and people management skills, a team player
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Strategic thinking and execution to drive process and system improvements relative to the areas of responsibility.
  • Computer proficiency Microsoft Office software (e.g., Excel) + SAP ERP / SAP Business Warehouse software)
  • High energy and self-motivated
What Will Put You Ahead
  • APICS certification
  • PMP/Project Management Professional certification
  • Master’s degree
  • Strong knowledge of Automotive business and expectations
  • Knowledge of other software applications in Planning/Execution (e.g., Celonis, GIB, Infor Nexus, Kinaxis, Llamasoft, SAP GTS)
