Position Summary:The job holder will be the HR Manager for AMETEK operations in Taiwan and the business partner to the Country Manager, AMETEK Taiwan. This individual will have oversite for the Manufacturing location in Taipei and two Commercial locations in Hsinchu and Tainan. He / she should develop proactive and reactive human resources measures which support business needs and address employee engagement and satisfaction; implement standard practices to local businesses that comply with local employment laws and regulations and ensure all are consistent with AMETEK Corporate & business guidelines.How You Will Do It:
  • Main focus on maximizing AMETEK Taiwan’s performance through collaboration and continuous improvement in a lean environment.
  • Provide a full range of standard HR services to businesses on home site including: Staffing, Talent Retention & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits. Work through HR direct reports to ensure these services are maintained through all country locations.
  • Lead the HR Organization to ensure operational excellence in HR processes and a robust HR governance
  • Partner with Business Units Managers in understanding the strategic vision and attracting and retaining top talent in order to execute
  • Provide compensation & benefits market benchmarks, maintain local salary grid and levels consistent across the Campus
  • Ensure that training & learning opportunities provided to the employees are fully in line with business and employee needs
  • Liaise with government on all labor related issues, ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with local laws and AMETEK polices
  • Global or local reporting, as requested

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience full-functional HR or HRBP experience
  • Manufacturing experience is a must
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across different countries and cultures
  • Leadership skills and experience is plus
