What you’ll do:

• Carrying out all logistic processes from ordering products and arranging delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of goods to all stores.
• Perform and coordinate with 3PL for all logistic processes.
• Perform on reporting stock on hand, analyse stock level in both warehouse and stores.
• Coordinate with the Operation team and Supply Chain to monitor and support stores on a daily basis.
• Responsible for end to end logistic administrative; delivery order, delivery notes.
• Communicate shipment status, key issues, and decisions to management critical to the supply chain.
• Liaise export and import related duties with forwarders and custom brokers.
• Daily entry and reconciliation of outbound and inbound delivery documents to ERP shipping system.
• Will work closely with finance in closing the POs while ensuring 3 way match.
  
  

Who you are:

• Fresh Graduate or 1 year experience in similar or other related role
• Experience in logistics, express company will be a plus
• Familiar with logistic operations ; first mile, warehouse/distribution center, last mile
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Good command in excel and data analysis
• Able to multitask in all aspects of business operations
• Mind set on operational excellence, with supreme attention to detail
• Strong communication skill, interpersonal skill, problem solving skill and positive decision making
• Comfortable working in a high paced & demanding environment
