Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

What Your Background Should Look Like

The role & responsibility of this position includes cargo receiving, put away, order pickup, customer label creation and outbound cargo check.

Besides, the candidate is liable for stock accuracy and cycle count, customer return and vendor return process, and bi-quarterly scrap program.

You will be able to learn the overall warehouse operation from regular job rotation, with a lot of TE dedicated materials like TEOA(TE Operation Advantage), E.H.S., Kaizen, PIM, TPM

In addition, you will master the whole SAP system by daily job, strengthen your ability and capability in the leading international enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • GR Receiving process
  • Inbound cargo put away process
  • Customer and vendor return cargo management and system process
  • Take timely control for control for timely clearance and inbound goods delivery
  • Bi-quarterly scrap application, follow up with BU and tax authorities
  • Bin space usage control and management
  • Order pick up and order fulfillment
  • Improvement on material storage bin and moving line design
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in business or Logistics or related field.
  • At least 3 years related working experience.
Work proficiency in English.
  • Ethics and values, customer focus, active innovation and problem solving, time management in daily schedule and workflow process, Patience, communication and organized.
  • Effective cope with change, carefulness in accuracy, functional & technical knowledge & skill to do the job.
