Job Description
  • Daily administrative support to ASR sales and operations team
  • ASR order processing in SAP/ACT and related fleet/parts logistics transaction handling
  • Ensure the ASR Fleets and Parts managed in line with “the way we do things”
  • To Prepare and provide relevant ASR business data for TWN finance team
  • Work in close cooperation with other functions for better internal communications as well as efficiency improvement
  • Other assignments by the ASR managers

Knowledge
  • Technically sound in computers and MS office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good reading and writing in English is basic and good English speaking is a plus
  • Good experience in SAP is a plus.
  • Good experience and knowledge on foreign trade and customs duty

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree in Logistic, International Trade, Supply Chain or Business management education preferred

  • Highly self-motivated and the ability to work effectively as part of a team effort or autonomously
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and experience in developing professional working relationships with internal stakeholders from across the business & external stakeholders (customers, partners, suppliers)
