The IT Manager-Client solutions & Digital is responsible to ensure successful delivery of overall application delivery and support including POS, CRM and execution of other programs including In-store foot traffic program. This is a technical position and the individual should have a holistic understanding of digital ecosystem interdependencies to manage project risks and stakeholders’ expectations. The individual will be responsible for solution system design, project management, and support monitoring. He/she will work with regional and local stakeholders to complete projects on time and on budget, with a focus on quality while following Regional and Global Project methodologies. With aim to provide seamless customer experience by supporting Chanel Taiwan’s omni-channel strategy.
To do the job, he or she will need to understand and determine the logical design and information management strategies necessary to store, move and manage data to support application use and business knowledge usage.
This position will also be responsible for managing demands, budgets, resources and schedules while aligning business priorities with internal and external resources. The role is accountable for the success of the projects and running POC (Proof of Concept) in the domain of responsibility
Responsibilities:
Digital transformation
·Be local point of contact to Regional & Global digital counterparts to drive Chanel’s brand value in digital means
· Provide local insight and manage the execution of global digital projects.
·Be responsible for such activities - requirement gathering, define customer journeys, coordination with agency and consultant, development assistance for local customization, end-user-testing coordination, and technical performance management.
·Collaborate with the business team to ensure business requirements are aligned and the end-results match the requirements.
·Coordinate the change management for the initiative amongst local IT (for systems) and business (for processes) in order to deliver the Omni channel experience for customer.
Project Management
·Collaborate with key customers to ensure expectations are in-line with project goals and objectives
·Hands on participation in SIT & UAT test cases development and verification with stakeholders
·Track the project’s progress against the project plan and collectively adjust the project plan to ensure effective completion based on defined project success measures
·Report to client sponsors and IT management the status of the project
·Drive issue resolution through issue and risk management. Escalate issues to the decision-making body as appropriate

·Liaise with Global IPT team & Regional core teams (Enterprise Architecture, Customer, BI/Analytics) to define strategy and drive implementation with change management in collaboration with the core teams such as local eGUI
·Drive E-service strategy working with 3 divisions (in-country) together with the regional team
Retail Governance
· Ensure all Retail, Customer governance are set and secured to meet Taiwan legal compliance
·Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders, regional program teams and solution delivery personnel, and infrastructure teams
Technical Support
· Local point of contact for IT technical support for all Retail, Customer related projects after go-live
· Coordinate with Regional IT & Vendors for issue troubleshooting
Vendor Management
·Monitor and ensure appropriate service levels from vendors are met
·Ensure deployment and delivery time frames are met
· Ensure vendor contract compliance
Budgetary and Performance
·Make recommendations for service improvement plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion to a timely manner
· Manage and monitor market innovation budget as required
Qualifications
·At least 10+ years hands on experience in Retail systems and ecommerce solution with successful implementation references
·Experienced in supporting end-to-end project life cycles and projects involving multiple internal/ external and local/ global teams, vendors, consultants and stakeholders
·Experienced in multiple disciples, including IT/Strategic planning, IT operations, ERP, CRM, BI, Vendor management, Project management & Change Management.
•Working knowledge of retail technologies integration (ie POS, CRM, O2O, OMS, BI and e-Commerce)
•Working as a consultant for a recognized firm is a plus
