International Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing activities in order to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability.

•Responsible for the sales of our products (IOT Connectors) into the medical equipment, connected cars, Industry 4.0 and Smart home appliances.

•Meet or exceed agreed sales target.

•Responsible to build a strong sales team by recruiting, managing, training and motivating team to meet sales targets

•To develop significant new business from an open territory or new business from existing accounts, as well as manages existing to maintain the quality of business.

•Plan and implement marketing strategy, including organizing road shows and technical forums, etc.

•Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets.

•Contribute to formulation of sales policy and strategy.

•Manage relevant reporting of sales and pipeline forecast and financial information for the sales departments.

Qualifications

•Ability to motivate and drive sales team to generate sales.

•Fluent in written and spoken English

•Must be very familiar with selling of chips into system companies

•Familiar with system ODM or OEM market, as well and brand market for consumer electronics

•Excellent market and industry contacts.

•BSEE with a min 8 yrs related experience in sales management in the OEM/ODM of medical equipment, connected cars, industry manufacturing equipment and home appliances market.

•Must have at least 5-10 yrs in direct selling experience in the relevant areas.
