As a Qualcomm HW Engineering Intern you will be involved with the exciting Machine Learning R&D project:

Intern Will Be Involved With The Following

Qualcomm Process Tech team has developed a Machine Learning (ML) tool that enables prediction of Product level KPI (such as IDDQ/VMIN/DoU/Power etc, both for Wafer Sort and Final Test) from WAT (Wafer Acceptance Test).

• Enhance the capability of the existing machine learning tool, improve the efficiency;
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize the ML algorithm to demonstrate good model accuracy
• Identify the key inline/WAT parameter that impacts the product level KPI variation and spatial wafer dependence;
• Develop automation tools that will increase the productivity of teams in developing deep learning training/testing or inference software.
• Implement user friendly interface and guide internal engineer to apply the ML tools on their dairy work.

Minimum Qualification

• Strong programming skills
• Basic knowledge of Semiconductor devices

Educational Requirements

• In study towards a Bachelor or Master degree on Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• Available for work on Qualcomm project during Summer/Fall of 2022 with a graduation date of December 2022 or later
