Tobii focuses on integrating Tobii’s core eye tracking technologies and user experiences into VR/AR headsets, laptops, games, cars, and many more platforms and products. The position of integration program manager reports directly to the head of technical sales in Taipei, a part of the sales and business development team led by the GM of China-Taiwan region.

Responsibility:


  • Pre-sales:
    • Work with sales and support the commercial engagement in order to win the deal (owned by sales)
    • Assist sales in pre-sales activities, i.e. product definition, technical feasibility etc. by introducing products, demonstration, and driving technical discussions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate
    • Assess and then drive initiatives to improve WoW continuously, in both pre-sales and integration phases.
    • Cooperate closely with product management for product material, technical questions, customer requirements, and market trends
    • Facilitate technical engagement (i.e. requirement explained, evaluation, product spec discussion) together with Tobii sales engineer and R&D.
  • Customer Integration
    • End-2-end ownership of the integration project(s) and both of their commercial and project development success. Work closely with the sales manager, be the main point of contact for the customer. Typical customers are the major consumer electronics OEMs and ODMs such as Goertek, Quanta, Compal, Pegatron, Lenovo, Sony, HTC, etc.
    • Coordinate the integration process between the customer and Tobii functions such as Product Management, R&D, Sales, Sales Engineer, operation, etc.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent
  • Good proficiency written and good verbal communication skill in English
  • Solid experience in running projects with/in OEM and ODM (consumer electronics domain)
    • Good SW experience from driver/firmware, middleware, SDK.
    • A good experience of the HW (work closely in the ME/EE domain)
