DescriptionWhat You Will Do In Your RolePrimary PurposeEstablish and improve process capability and standard man-hour/ machine-hour monitoring and improvement systemDuties & ResponsibilitiesEstablish and improve standard man-hour/ machine-hour review and feedback system

• Review standard man/machine hour periodically, identify gaps and propose improvement actions
• Production data recording and analysis

Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost

• Production efficiency and capability analysis and improvement
• Review SOP and identify issues
• Line balancing data monitoring
• Production output and cost monitoring

Collaboration with process engineers for abnormal case analysis and improvement actionsProduction management system digitalization and MOS (Molex Operation System) introductionProduction/ PMC matrix studyScope

• Production capacity study and system establishing
• Production issue solving

The Experience You Will BringRequirementsEDUCATION:Required

• Bachelor/ Master of IE, BA, or related fields

Preferred

• IE skills, quality tools trained

RequiredWORK EXPERIENCE:

• 3 years of experience in IE, Production, PMC or related fields

Preferred

• Experienced IE or PMC
