This EU company is a pioneer in automation. This company is looking for a person who has strong interpersonal skills and familiar with electrical automation.

Responsibilities｜

• Define project requirements and plan work schedules for the team.
• Maintain good relationships with external clients as well as internal members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed to standard
• Supervise activities between internal and external resources, and Optimize workflow for service delivery
• Maintain a deep understanding of our external users and anticipate their ever-changing needs
• Optimize technology management function and push for necessary reforms to build a high-performing team
• Value, encourage and empower team members to achieve goals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and technological developments.
• Remain knowledgeable of current technology and carry out research to identify new trends that can be used to achieve maximum results.
• Empower and develop team members to innovate and improve at the same time. Maximize their contribution by setting clear goals, coaching, empowering and provide appropriate feedback to make sure the staff you manage feel valued.
• Lead and coach team member in project execution and decision making.

Requirements｜

• 10+ years of experience as technical support and application experiences.
• 3+ years of experience people management experiences.
• Experience in electrical automation, semiconductor, machine tools, robotics are preferred.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Build stable relationships with internal members and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English
