Responsibilities:

• 4M Pre-planning of NPI stage (Man, Material. Method, Machine)
• Promote the lean production process, plan and execute the process reengineering of the factory, and assist in the continuous improvement of the manufacturing system of various product lines.
• Integrate automation solutions and assist the automation team in project advancement.
• Implement project improvement, including line balance improvement, manufacturing efficiency improvement, yield improvement, equipment utilization improvement, etc.
• Planning cost improvement, from the perspective of profit and loss statement (P&L), assisting factory management costs.
• System integration of ERP/Equipment Management System/MES/SPC/SCADA for Smart Manufacturing.
• Review working status of team members, assist in dealing with related issues, improve report review and internal education and training planning
