• Safety Compliance: Ensure office facilities and operations comply with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Safety Training: Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, focusing on hazard awareness and safe work practices.
• Incident Response: Manage and investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills to ensure preparedness.
• Environmental Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with local and national environmental regulations, including waste disposal and emissions.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate HSE records, incident reports, and safety data, and prepare reports for regulatory agencies as required.
• Safety Culture: Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility among employees and foster a proactive approach to HSE.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing HSE practices and develop and implement improvement initiatives.
• Regulatory Liaison: Interact with regulatory agencies, as needed, to ensure compliance and address any regulatory concerns.
