Job Description

The direct reporting line is to the brewery manager. This role will also work very closely with people (HR) function to carry out health, safety and wellbeing activities Overall Safety 90% Safety & Health, 10% Environment

• Supervises safety, health, and environment activities in brewery.
• Shows behaviors regarding HSE and supports brewery manager in leading the Safety Pillar.
• Sets up annual HSE Plan and budget together with Supply Chain / HR manager in the brewery and the Global Safety Lead
• Deliverable: Annual specific design and Health & Safety Plan
• Reviews and approves specific safety plans of contractors and equipment suppliers and monitors the execution
• Deliverable: signed contractor/supplier project specific Health & safety plans according to my client & legal requirements
• Deliverable: adherence of all involved parties to their project health & safety plans
• Reviews and approves Safe work permits for workers/suppliers/contractors
• Identifies hazards, evaluate and prioritize the risks associated with function leaders and determine appropriate countermeasures leading to acceptable safety conditions per my client standards.
• Deliverable: Correct safe work permits for all works carried out on site
• Organizes and carries out safety trainings/inductions
• Organizes safety/toolbox meetings, periodically attends different meetings for input on safety issues if requested
• Reports all accidents and incidents in the provided tools/systems and follows up with detailed root cause analysis together with the concerned parties according to my client standards. Ensures further development of the Daily / Monthly / Yearly control system including monitoring system.
• Trains and coaches managers to lead accident, incident investigation
• Deliverable: Reporting of all accidents and incidents in incident/accident reporting tool
• Deliverable: Completed accident/incident report and root cause analysis (incl. 5-WHY analysis if necessary) together with suppliers/contractors
• Provides local HSE requirements (Plans that government requires) if necessary
• Monitors HSE safety performance and updates safety dashboard
• Deliverable: Up-to-date safety dashboard and performance indicators
• Carries out HSE pre-qualification review of suppliers/contractors if required, in close contact with Global Lead
• Organizes Safety Audits and Evaluates contractor/supplier safety performance
• Waste materials management and submission
• Brewery Security Management
  

The Successful Applicant

須具備5+年以上職安衛/環安衛經驗; 具備職安衛乙級證照以上

廠區製造端/ 營造工程端經歷優先

須具備中上口說能力 (*敢說敢講), 英檢中級或多益TOEIC 650+加分

此職缺位於屏東近市區, 確保通勤距離可接受再投遞
