Job Description

• Oversee the implementation and daily operation of HR technology applications
• Suggest ways to increase functional productivity and work flow of the HR department
• Automate, integrate, and configure core HR processes
• Develop, document, and maintain HRIS business process work flows for efficiency and compliance
• Ensure comprehensive and up-to-date personnel information records are maintained
• Collaborate with cross-functional and IT team members on HRIS-related issues, enhancement, and queries
  

The Successful Applicant

• 3 Years or more HRIS working experience
• Engineering background is a plus
• Familiar with HRIS system implementation and execution
• Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
• Fluent English
