Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to develop effective strategies for sourcing, evaluating, and securing top talent
  • Demonstrate expertise in recruiting passive candidates and evaluating long-term fit for the organisation, building and maintaining a network of potential candidates
  • Maintain consistency and efficiency throughout the hiring process, screening, interviewing, and preparing candidates within an appropriate time line
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs
  • Work on global project
The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of demonstrated recruiting experience in Corporate function
  • Experience in IT professionals hiring is highly preferred
  • Expertise in full life cycle recruiting aspects, salary trends
  • Ability to operate under tight hiring time line
  • Occasional APAC/Regional TA support
