Your Role

Work with the various BU managers and provide strategic human resource consultation. Functions as a generalist in various Human Resources activities. Typically serves in an organization where specialists are not fully deployed. Responsibilities may include a multitude of activities.

  • Employee/Manager first contact window,

Proactively functions as a generalist in various HR activities to support the delivery of all HR processes encompassing but not limited to policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.

Acts as the main point of contact for all HR-related issues for Taiwan employees and managers throughout the employee life cycle to ensure positive employee experiences.

  • Accommodate a variety of local management and employee’s request,

Assist the regional HR manager in accommodating a variety of local management and employee requests in HR function, knowing the priority to respond to the issues, coaching leadership on HR matters and work around and providing proper responses under the regional HR manager’s guidance.

  • Urge the engagement to the employee level,

The role will participate in global programs and ad-hoc projects, like Inclusion and diversity, employer branding, wellbeing, performance management, learning and &development, etc, and may need to coordinate country-wide employee activities and support company events to help regional HR Manager shape the desired talent and performance culture in the country organization and drives the necessary change and ensures that employees & managers experience is adequately addressed through enhanced solutions designed in innovation HR as well as through consulting and enablement offerings

Requirement

  • bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Management, or the related domains Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experiences.
  • Full proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. SAP SF or other related database systems experience preferred.
  • Ability to be an expert communicator of proper information to the right people at the right time with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to exhibit collaborative skills and teamwork in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is critical for success and works on team-driven or task-oriented projects
  • Must be proactive, flexible, intuitive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo, think outside the box to drive appropriate solutions, and influence others into action.
  • Passion and desire to identify the root cause of issues and get things done to drive change and innovation.
