HR Project Manager (Training)

We want to hire a Training Project Manager for our company on an immediate basis. As a Training Project Manager, your duties and responsibilities include to identify and monitor training needs in the organization, and to design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Review existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of client, the organization, or the industry.
• Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
• Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
• Identify problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
• Conduct or facilitate required and recommended training sessions.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.
• Ensure that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
• Prepare and implement training budget.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• BA or above in management with major in HR or related area required.
• At least five years of experience in training and development areas.
• Hand-on experiences in LMS and operating digital learning tools.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
• Thorough understanding of training processes.
• Ability to moderate large groups.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
