Role Purpose

The position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, formulates partnerships across functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Main Accountabilities
  • Strategy, As the member of management team, participate in the development of the overall business strategy. Partnership with business leaders, design, develop and implement organizational & people strategy adaptable to the business/organizational needs and ensure its consistency with corporate framework.
  • Change Agent, transforming and stabilizing people from distributor to new legal entity La Prairie Taiwan, identifying organizational changes and measures for improvement of the organization and initiate adequate measures. Driving the change process to ensure a smooth transaction into a new meaningful organization.
  • Talent Management, strengthen talent pipeline to attract, acquire, develop and retain talents, and leverage all HR resources to help talent exposure and growing.
  • Organizational Development, partnership with business leaders to drive organizational change and development to the direction company expects.
  • Operational Efficiency, build up professional HR framework, driving effective and efficient processes, optimize all processes with the pace of business development.
Education And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant HR certification.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8-10+ years), including client relations focus.
  • 5+ years of management responsibility in retail, consumer or FMCG industries.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed business environment preferred.
